When changes to satellite data are received, their data is not updated. The comment in this section notes that checking the satellite for all changed properties is a bit overkill and I agree. However, without modifying the collection at all the changes are never exposed to the consuming application. This change replaces satellites that have changed with newer information.

This patch isn't a bug fix, but rather a new feature. It's a new emulator class that derives from the NmeaEmulator and can follow a route that is defined in a text file. This is similar to the TextFileEmulator, except that it doesn't require the file to contain actual emulator data (such as NMEA sentences). Instead, the text file contains a Position string on each line (e.g. HH°MM'SS.SSSS,HH°MM'SS.SSSS). The emulator will move one point along its route at each emulation interval (determined by the Interval property) and will automatically adjust the Speed property as needed to move the required distance each time. This makes it easy to mimic the actual movement of a vehicle at differing speeds along a custom route.

I have included few sample route in the .zip file along with the emulator class.

This patch resolves issue #8615, related to the Interval property on the Emulator class. The patch removes the EmulationInterval property, which was redundant, and instead uses the Interval property, which defaults to 1 second, but can be overridden in derived classes to specify a different interval.

This patch resolves Issue #8652, which has to do with a few bugs in the Emulator class that occur when the Route property is set.

NOTE: This patch also includes my previous patch (#3694) to the same Emulator.cs file.
